For time-poor Body Corporate Committee members we take the pressure off and do all those things that you don’t have time for.

We become your virtual On-site Manager and organize the maintenance for the building, gardens, pool, quotes for repairs, and report back to the Committee. For a small fee each year you can relax and leave it to us.
